REGISTRATION POLICIES: Payment must accompany registration form. REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 8, 2008 WILL BE PROCESSED AND MAILED OUT TO U.S. REGISTRANTS ONLY. Registration forms received after October 8th will require registrant to pick up badge and tickets on-site at the Convention during registration hours. Cancellations must be received by APRA no later than 10/13/08 to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations after that date will be subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made on food function tickets after 10/13/08. No refunds will be made unless written request is received by 11/15/08. Refunds take up to four weeks to process. Non-members who join before December 31, 2008 will be able to apply the difference between member and non member fees to their membership investment. |
