Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by APRA no later than 10/15/10 to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations after that date will be subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be made on food function tickets after 10/15/10. No refunds will be made unless written request is received by 11/15/10. Refunds take up to four weeks to process.
